Conditions for return and exchange

Conditions to proceed with a return request for products purchased online or replacement for items purchased in the store*:

  • the products must not have been used, modified, personalised or engraved.
  • Return items must be placed inside their original packaging together with the warranty.
  • No more than 30 days must elapse from receipt of the products or from the date shown on the receipt.


1. RETURN OF ONLINE PAID ORDERS (valid for Italy only)
We offer you the possibility to return products paid online on morellatostraps.com up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
The return procedure is quick and easy. Simply submit your request from your account by following our DETAILED GUIDE.
The GLS courier will carry out the collection free of charge on the day you have selected. Once we have received your return, we will refund you within 14 days from the date of pickup.

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact info.straps@morellato.com and send the photos of the product received.
It is not possible to return or exchange an item purchased online in a store.

PLEASE NOTE:

The courier carries out collections only on weekdays between 9 am and 6 pm. It is not possible to choose a pickup time.
If the courier informs us that the pickup of the package was not successful on the day indicated, we can schedule a new one.
After two unsuccessful collections, the return shipment will be at your expense: € 4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If we do not receive your package within 10 days of the scheduled return shipment, the return will be refused.

1.1 INTERNATIONAL RETURN
The collection service with our courier is not active for orders shipped outside Italy. Shipments and any customs fees for returns outside Italy are charged to the customer.
Simply submit the return request following the DETAILED GUIDE and select an indicative pickup date. After receiving the return confirmation, you will be contacted by our customer service with the instructions to follow.
Send your return with the courier of your choice. The shipment must take place no later than 7 days from the date of acceptance and must be notified by email to the customer service with the tracking number.

If we do not receive your parcel within 10 days of the expected return date, the return will be refused.

1.2 REFUND
The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date of pickup.
We will send you an email as soon as we have processed the return and authorized the refund.
If you have received a refund confirmation but it does not show up on the payment method used for the purchase, please contact the bank or credit/debit card company.
In this case, the  refund has been made correctly, but the crediting time depends on your bank.

If you used an online gift card, the amount will be returned on the same gift card.

We reserve the right to verify the contents of the package before proceeding with the refund and to refuse the return if the above conditions have not been respected.

2.REPLACEMENT FOR PRODUCTS PAID IN STORE**
Refund is not expected for orders paid in store with Pick&Pay mode and for purchases completed in store.
You can replace the item directly in the store within 30 days from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt.
The replacement can take place with a jewel of the same or greater value.

It is not possible to return or exchange an item purchased online in a store.
